About The Use Of Images

This theme utilizes Custom Fields, in this case the fields “Thumbnail”, “Thumbnail Alt” and “Thumbnail Class”. If you do not know what Custom Fields are, please refer to the WordPress website for more information before reading on.
The custom field “Thumbnail” displays a picture when for instance you wish to use excerpts instead of the full post text when displaying text on the front page (or elsewhere) and must contain the path to the image in the Value Field, like this: /wp-content/uploads/custom/custom3.jpg.
The “Thumbnail Alt” Key Field allows you to give the image a description, which can be any text string of your choice.
The “Thumbnail Class” refers to the image class in the stylesheet. Like this in the case of this theme: custom-img.
You can, of course, add as many pictures you wish to your post the normal way, the custom fields only applies to the excerpts on the front page. All images will be automatically styled in the way that you can see in my examples. Feel free to work on the stylesheet to change the styling of borders etc.
Now, let´s have a glance at blockquotes and the like…
